WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty commence on the date of purchase or the date of delivery, as recorded on the proof of purchase.
  • Warranty covers replacement of actual products and does not cover installation, repair or any other related costs.
  • Warranty coverage amount shall not exceed original sales invoice amount under any circumstances.
  • Sudani Group of Companies International Pty Ltd, shall not be liable under this warranty for personal injury, loss, claims, property damage, or any other costs, whether consequential or otherwise, howsoever caused or arising and whether direct or indirect.
  • Extended Product Warranties do not apply to Clearance Items.

Warranty Cover Duration

20 Years
All premium SOLID NATURAL stainless steel – discrete and integrated tactile systems.
10 Years
BAYER Grade polyurethane and premium PVD coated stainless steel, Solid Brass, Aluminium – discrete and integrated tactile systems.
5 Years
High-quality top carborundum and plastic insert tactile products made of stainless steel and brass.
3 Years
Common for polyurethane – discrete and integrated tactile systems.
1 Years
Standard for adhesive-backed, temporary, or lower-cost tactile products.

Installation and Compliance

  • Warranty is often conditional upon installation adhering to AS/NZS 1428.4.1 (Design for access and mobility).
  • Improperly installed tactiles (e.g., poor adhesive bonding) will likely void the manufacturer's warranty.

Traffic-Based Warranty

  • Pedestrian volume affects Warranty terms in case PVD, Carborundum and PU tactiles.

Warranty Inclusions

  • Inclusions:Defects in manufacturing, material and UV resistance (resistance to fading/cracking), and proper slip resistance (often P5 rating).
  • Exclusions:
  • Damage caused by improper installation.
  • Vandalism, accidents, or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear in extreme environments.
  • Discoloration or damage resulting from the use of abrasive cleaning tools and chemicals
  • Improper maintenance and accidents such as indentions and scratches made by furniture, tools, toys and pets etc
  • Alterations or repairs performed by someone other than an agent of Sudani Group of Companies International Pty Ltd or use of other materials not provided by us.
  • This warranty shall not apply unless:
  • Sudani Group of Companies International Pty Ltd has received payment in full for the products and Services for which the warranty claim is made; and
  • The relevant Product Care & Maintenance Guide, available on Our website, has been followed.
  • Consumer Guarantees:
  • Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. However, We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage to persons or property due to defective materials or workmanship, negligence, or any other reason.
  • To make a claim under Product Warranty the purchaser must:
  • Provide satisfactory evidence of defects in the products purchased.
  • Provide the original proof of purchase (tax invoice).
  • Provide proof of identity showing current address.
  • All claims must be in writing and submitted within 14 days of discovering any defects.
  • Valid claims shall be dealt with by Sudani Group of Companies International Pty Ltd at its complete discretion by any of the following:
  • Replacement of same or equivalent product.
  • Repair or re-finish of existing product.
  • Cash settlement
  • Combination of the above.
